So, my mom's physical yesterday revealed that her cholesterol is dangerously high, not surprising given our family history. She was given six weeks by her doc to lower it or she has to go on medication.
It's a good push to get me back to the gym since I have a better chance of warding it off if I develop healthy habits now rather than later. We're gonna be long distance workout buddies and push each other!
