I loved how it was adverted as being 'blair witch, but on the tv!' but the only episode remotely similar was the finale.

And I wish they did. I remember reading once on the HAXAN boards that the plot was gonna end up being some kinda ghost in the machine scenario where ghosts and other creatures were using computers as portals.
