Sob Vivi's staff probably won't be useful other than as a short person's walking stick or melee weapon but it'd be nice if he could get it back.
He's still hostage to my knowledge but...!
He'd grab the crossbow, too, but there's not enough room and he's more familiar with swords, anyway.
If only he had his powers back; he could just take everything and make it all hover back to D13.
question for mods then: will there be any future opportunities for item retrieval or are they permanently lost after this if no one grabs them?

Right now I'm inclined to say there will not be another item mission, ICly it would be harder to go to the Capitol unnoticed as time goes by, but if enough stuff is left behind and enough interest,

Shepard's armor is of much more value than her weaponry, so I'd be interested in another thing like this at some point. Or maybe as a side-feature to another mission
People could still grab shep's armor! The armor and clothes aren't listed because there was so much of it, but it could be fudged and some people haven't tagged in yet
I think Haruto's already pretty loaded down so I'm hesitant to say I'm grabbing anything else. 
I'd really appreciate it if someone could grab Rick's revolver or his machete, if they have the space. ;3;

Alain will step up to lead if and only if nobody else does. As for tactics... we've got plenty of hand-to-hand expertise on the team, right? I'd suggest sneak attack.
Ermac could reluctantly take the lead, but he's rather follow and support someone else. Always the henchman, never the boss.
