I just found out my cousin was in the hospital for pulmonary heart failure recently.
He's younger than I am.
By about 4 years
No one told me
I found out my cousin almost died
And no one thought to send a text????

I'm gonna just. Sit here and let that sink in
I mean I knew he was at severe risk because he's been obese his whole life
And not eating very healthily
Like. A little Caesar's hot and ready pizza for dinner every day levels of unhealthy
But holy fucking shit a 26 year old having heart failure...
