I personally never played Pauper but, from what I have heard and read, the deck running Cloud of Fairies was just oppressive.

Modern bans didn't affect me too much since I wasn't running Amulet Bloom or anything involving Splinter Twin. Ironically, I did trade mine away for a Kiki-Jiki months back.

I'm not huge on keeping up with card value, but glad I at least was able to get the most out of it before it tanks.

The one that affects the most people I know though is definitely that Prophet ban in EDH.

It's pretty much an auto-include in any deck running its colors.

I had it only in one deck though I definitely would've run it in my Simic deck whenever I made it.

I had it in Animar but I suppose it's not so bad needing to remove it, I think I needed some space for the new OGW eldrazi

I may keep the few I still have an make a modern deck of some kind with them.
