Wednesday, I had to sprint to deliver an envelope with correct postage to my messenger for an assignment that was given out wrong.
I didn't think this job would have such a physical challenge to it.
When I got back I had two other assignments waiting for me but I was so done.
I could feel the urge to give less fucks creeping in.
After work I was so done I wanted to just ride the bus I was on to where ever it went. Eventually pulled it together to go with the bae to upgrade my phone.
After eating Thai food I felt human again. I got the Galaxy 6S but the back and recent apps button didn't work, which I thought was a design feature at first since it was dark.
Then it wouldn't charge because it sensed that the battery temperature was too low. Everything I looked at online and tried pointed to an internal problem.
Which was ironic because one of my main concerns was the internalized battery. I wanted the S5 but because of money reasons, I would have to pay $175 over the course of a year and a half to upgrade.
Today though was slightly better. After yesterday's fiasco I was moved downstairs to a desk someone was using until they went on maternity leave. For a moment I lamented the loss of my quiet private space
the practically private bathrooms and a copier so close that it may was well be mine too
THe people up there are pretty nice too. I also had my own exit stairway out of the building. But I was coming downstairs a lot since my assignments came from there. My sentimentality quickly faded
as I was able to finish things much faster today, get help from anyone because I didn't have to travel far to ask, and had a little more energy since no stairs
So I was done half an hour till end day, I started on some stuff for the next day. t
exchanged my phone and she got her sim card for her iphone
