advice on leggings. I have 2pr from Target, fleece-lined, L/XL. They keep falling down. Does that mean they are too small or too large? Need better waist elastic? Any better source for fleece-lined leggings?

Since I've not spent time checking out your butt ;-) Are you fairly narrow-hipped/flat-butted? You may need to perform some basic surgery to add a drawstring if that's why. You can also try tucking in a cami or

tee to add some grip to the waist area. If they're actually rolling down as opposed to just sliding, then they're probably too small.

My guesses are a) too short a rise or b ) too small. IME, too large leads to baggy knees and butt, rather than sliding down.

I have a large rear end and wide hips. When walking, they tend to bunch at the knee, pulling the waist down. I bet it's a short rise.

In related Qs, can you recommend some tunics? I'm not making leggings a staple in my wardrobe, but they're perfect for snow and rainy days.

I buy all my tunics from ModCloth -they have lots of cute options.

I like Asos, if you're looking for cheap-ish fast fashion. Some of their shorter dresses make good lounge-y-ish tunics as well, because I'm not 20 and can't pull that off as a dress. ;-)
