1. Attach the 3D base and the server will automatically send it to you. Make sure your on a lot where you can run scripts and that the base is scripted.

2. Still have the original box? Just rez/wear and request the Bases.

3. If you removed the scripts from your base, did not make a backup/copy and misplaced the original box you will need to redeliver your purchase.

INWORLD Right click the vendor you purchased from using the 'Buy' icon and choose 'Redeliver' from pie/drop-down menu.
