certainly! still haven't learned to get the size right. I think I just need to feed more people!

Had been using 150 grams of dough.. took it down to 125 grams today, but it doesn't seem to have ended up any smaller. Trying to make a pizza that'll feed two people is more complicated than it sounds.

Well if don't like Stargate, we can put something else on.. If you go with fresh pizza, it'll stop being fresh! You're supposed to eat the pizza when it comes out of the oven.

Once it goes into the oven, it should go into your mouth within 10 minutes or so.

Totally looking for an excuse to do the backyard build-your-own-brick-pizza-oven thing. Annoying the HOA would be a bonus.. but I suspect that it would get expensive heating it up for a two-person pizza
