Throughout the years he's gradually been slacking on his teamwork and making all of his co-workers do most of the duties.

Ever since we introduced daycare to the hospital he always insists on being the one to work outdoors. Because of our new rules where we're never allowed to leave any dog alone outside-

it is now the responsibility of the attendant to take care of all of the laundry.

Also including doing all baths and answering the intercom from up front. All the attendant outside has to do is watch and play with the dogs, and clean up after them.

My coworker does none of this when he's in daycare.

The other employees have also noticed this and complained. Nothing was ever done about it. So I decided to write my boss a letter.

If nothing is done to fix this problem then I am officially done and looking for other work.
