Finally tried the chickpea blondie thing. I think I'm a fan. Not quite right.. maybe needs butter, or more peanut butter.. something like that.

I did the black bean brownies last time my mom was visiting.. she liked them more than I did. It was time to try chickpea blondies, especially since Kris isn't big on chocolate flavored things.

For somebody who claims not to be picky, knows nothing about food or cooking, and who says that 20 years in the Navy contributed to a theoretical lack of pickiness... yes utterly nonsensical.

But the chickpea blondie thing is still spiffy. And it's helpful that he'll eat it too. Bad reception is a major issue in experimental baking.
