It's bizarre

Also my week has been full of explaining cultural and slang differences, haha

I went full British on a dude in an elevator who was British and I mentally screamed at myself for like an hour

I have to awkwardly stop myself from using her slang back to her

I know this feel.
I also develop a British accent out of nowhere when I get angry or passionate about something.

Oh man this happens when I've had prolonged exposure to tv/games

one of my favorite profs was British but I was only with him an hour and a half twice a week so that didn;t happen

and i kind of exclusively say "shite" now, like a reflex

I mean I use some British slang and always have a temptation to match anyone's accent, but my mental voice only changes for British.

What are your random quirks peeps?
