actually getting the characters is fairly easy! depends on how your levels, equipment and total stamina are looking so far, though...

there's no chance you'll get the memory crystals, which don't matter this early anyway, but you might be able to get all the characters in the FF8 event before it goes away...

(and if not, don't worry about missing Laguna specifically. there's another FF8 event further down the road with Laguna and Edea.)

oh yeah, mine is rVJh! I just have a Cloud with Sonic Break because I've never used Tyro so my Celebration Grimoire would suck, but he's at level 41 with some moderately decent FF7 synergy equipment

he'd probably murder bosses at your level too xD
