the trick is to go directly from one to the next, and to start with slow-lifting exercises. I start with 3 kinds of delt raises.
lets me climb for 3.5 hrs and lift for 1.5. iced americano throughout helps, too.
and eating well beforehand
(high protein and low gi carbs)
i only climb for about an hour. then it takes me 20 mins to get home before lifting for 45 (BFL routine).
have you looked into nutrition for "hardgainers"? you might fall in that category.
