I feel like a flake, but I may, after her spring raid, retire Lagertha from my roster for good. I just can't get motivated to play her, which sucks because there are a lot of things I want to do.

I also really want the "neutral" CR that my swap for her would have. Because Sebastian is a gun for hire, full stop.

His loyalty goes to whoever's paying him. And then only for specific jobs. The only lasting loyalty he has is to the witch whose familiar he is.

So he'd be involved in politics but not partial to a side. And I think that could make for some really interesting CR.

Everyone else, I'm still totally confident in, but something with Lagertha just isn't clicking, and if it doesn't work a second time, I know better than to think it'd work again.

Plus Sebastian is unabashedly bi, so I'd actually be able to tag Guilty Pleasure prompts.

I am going to wait to drop Lagertha until after I've done her raid. Because that might be the push I need!
