Yeah, I've studied attachment styles before and relevant things, but I think this is one of the best worded pieces I've seen on it, particularly because it's so accessible.
BUT! I tell you what. Reading about how attachment styles feeds into intolerance of uncertainty and how that feeds into OCD, anxiety disorders, etc was fascinating for me. I highly recommend it.
