Do they actually work? Does it feel gross when you're wearing them or do you feel clean?

I'm saving up for a pair, but I heard users saying they don't feel a thing.

Since this is TMI after all... one youtuber peed in it on camera (since she wasn't on her period at the time) and nothing came out.

It sounds like a reusable version of those Always Infinity pads.
