I've always found his deal really difficult to implement in a game setting since it's so vague to begin with...

Plus he's so inexperienced with them I can pretty much swing him pushing them under the rug because of their loss of potency and relevance plus losing contact with anyone that can actually educate him about it

as much as I don't want him to!!! it's easier... he's got really weird abilities for a one-track multiplayer narrative...

But I think after this event, plotting with them on full blast has given me a better idea of what I can kind of... viably do with them in the future... waves hands?

additionally, sigma seeing for himself more real-world applications of his time-traveling bullshit that he's kind of been forgetting about with time and distance from home would probably give him a real push to

get back on the psychic training horse....

maybe even reaching out to any other psychic / mental discipline-based magic users we might have around... squints... or at least opening discussion of them?

Since the only method he's seen employed to strengthen them 1. wouldn't work here and 2. he never wants to be involved in ever again if he can help it (he can't but wishful thinking.)

not to mention after all the shit he's seen in futuro, he's definitely not the weirdest one here, so he can actually talk about it... openly...
