Yeah. Got pre-approved before I started looking seriously. The offer was made contingent on not too much wrong found in the home inspection.

The seller counter-offered. Not a bad offer. They take care of any radon issues if the home inspector finds them. Still below their initial asking price. Now, we wait for seller's acceptance.
