Not bad. The list of things I'll need to fix is not bad. Thought the list coulda been longer. The seller will be fixing the radon issue. I said I will continue on.

I will probably have to get a new furnace/ac unit. because... wow those were old and crappy. But I think I can afford that.

I will be using family and friends for their skills. Like the electrician and general contractor.
