I cannot bring myself to do the avocados in baked goods thing. Using avocados in something where you can't taste them seems like blasphemy.
See, and that's the only way I'd use avocados in anything I eat, I don't like them.
I love them, but I think like a few other things, people have strong opinions one way or the other.
I'm also a fan of enjoying the flavours of most things, so don't see what the point is to use anything you can't taste...

"guacamole" was among my first words. 
My issue with avocados is they must be cold. Warm avacados just aren't right.
