I mean I know it's hormonal in this case so at least it's not something I'm triggering like the time I literally had the same one that'd reoccur but

I wish mine were hormonal, then I'd have an answers. I have no answer, but maybe breathing triggers migraines - is that why I get them everyday? X-(

/nods. I knew cymbalta was prescribed for fibromyalgia. But yeay that it helped your migraines too
