[work] It's so great to come in and immediately be told that I never do anything here. Again.

my department manager keeps giving me really detailed oriented projects and then expects me to sonic through them
I assume that's the reason because this isn't the first time that she's gotten on to me that I didn't finish cleaning the department
SHE TOLD ME TO CLEAN THE DEPARTMENT PERFECTLY
Also did she forget the part where I told her I'm sick
Just because she works herself to death doesn't mean it should become the standard
...and no matter how I word this I make myself sound like a lazy asd
I...may have to talk to a higher manager about this. I'm not looking forward to it
Because I busted my ass on ladders all day yesterday yo fix so much of the aisles and when I directly asked if they looked okay
of course she said they look terrible
I understand that she's stressed with all the things that need to be done but she has no understanding that other people have different speeds
There's a lot of "well I could do this easily. I don't understand."
and also I should point out that she is also Filipino so there's a language barrier between my hard hearing and her fast accent
She's hasn't gone that far. But she keeps alternating between exasperated accusations that I never do anything...and then the next day she'll tell me out of breath how glad she is that I'm here
I can guarantee that's the case. It's a common ailment here and I'm getting tired of it.
I think she's hard on me because I'm the only reliable person in the department
my coworker is a SUPER COOL AND NICE person off the clock...but he's constantly late.
and he gets dragged away to other responsibilities that I don't yet have training for
