I started this day feeling a bit bummed and overall stressed but manageable

Now it's been three and a half hours into my work shift and I feel like everything has crumbled around me

The more I talk, the more stressed I make myself and the more I become an awful gremlin

and talking to the SO did not help. :|

In fact I think I got him upset too.
