Honestly I think I would pretty much fail at any villain. I'd get around to the part where they do mean things and then feel guilty about it. And like, buy the heroes ice cream instead.

I think the most villainous character I've ever done is Mako from Nerima Daikon Brothers.

I did play Oichi for a while, but she's too delusional to be really villainous.
