[RL/PSU] Hi'a guys! I'm sorry I've been slow with Plurk, being back at Uni is working all the cobwebs out of my brain. I thought this class was going the usual 11 weeks, but it's only going to be 4 !
latest #11
That sounds hectic!

It's run like a graduate seminar, we'll see how much sticks, hopefully a majority of it. On the other hand I'm relieved in a way because I'm already supposed to be graduated. The admin made a mistake.

Wow. Yeah, I was there for my first undergrad degree. They told me I needed the wrong class to graduate, had to take a summer session class AFTER graduation.

ChickletLARP: Appearently it's quick common I've talked to two other friends that that's happened to as well. It's like (doh) come on universities.

Yeaaaaah. I was told, "you need one class from this department above this level." I looked through the courses, found textiles. Okay, not sure why that is in the health and fitness department

but hey, maybe I'll learn to sew my own costumes. Passed the class on pity (got mugged the day of the final), went to finish my graduation paperwork, was told that it didn't count after all.

(Any chance they do that to squeeze more money from the student from having register for one more session, one more course? (unsure) )

With mine, at least, pretty sure it was just one department not talking to the others, which weren't talking to still others, who were not giving proper information to academic counseling.
