I should've noticed from the higher price point but I bought the wrong version of a game and NA PSN's policy is "lol too bad no refunds" even though it's a preorder

when apparently EU PSN lets you cancel a preorder as long as the game hasn't come out yet

I hate myself I'm gonna buy the correct version sob.
