echo development: sometimes i wonder if people/characters have realized that rowena has enough confidence now she doesn't usually talk really quietly and stutter as much. SHE STILL DOES the latter.
but unless she's worriedly talking to heraelf she generally pipes up
she's yet to stop apologizing and will forever make sure someone is okay with something b....but...

she's also more openly speaking her mind now since
that's what she's been encouraged from game one
and so like her last gameee was kind of trusting the wisps from spending time with them and
the encouragement to speak up and i think of so many dumb little things for an npc
