I have thirteen glazed donuts in my backseat to share with my new coworkers. Gonna start this job off right.

What will you be doing?

Customer service for a company that processes stuff for business insurance.

So, from what I can tell, a lot of my day will just be answering questions like, "Did this payment go through?" or "Is X covered by Y?"

But today will probably be mostly me filling out forms and maybe doing my drug test and getting a tour of the office and maybe a few hours of Actual Training.
