I've had it all my life, so I understand. Occasionally, I take medication, but as I've gotten older, and made lots of changes in my life, it's eased considerably. Try not to fight, rather bend.
Can't say what'll work for you, for me: cut out those who don't support you, eat healthy, reduce sugar & alcohol, get enough sleep, EXERCISE, take vitamins esp B's, laugh. Love yourself. Make a life you love.
