[rl] my brother's fiance is having her son run a vacuum in two rooms when one, the vacuum is too large and two, he's struggling to move it. Probably because it's too big!! For him. And she's using it as a--
punishment to not take a nap.
(mind you her and my brother have abusive behaviors to kids),
SO LIKE I PIPED UP SAYING THAT the vacuum was too big and that kids his age need a nap and it shouldn't be taken away as a "punishment".
And they were doing it because he and his younger sister made a mess. One, punishing him and not her (although they state she can pickup)
And I'm just like MAKE THEM BOTH PICK UP????
but she told me I didn't know kids because I wasn't a ~parent~
Which??? Yeaaah??? but I haveSENSE with kids and took child psychology
so I KNOW how to behave around them
unlike them who well yell and scream and if he accidentally poops in his pants hit him and then stick him on a toilet until he poops again
which, you know, can be hours

...and with the last thing, I...really want to suggest an anon DHS call might be something to happen.

i just. they've done so much and they had dhs called once
tjey show favoritism in their kids
theu expect behaviors of an older kid
they yell at them instantly for making any kind of mess

re: anon calls to the DHS, I know you said that you'd get in trouble, but they aren't allowed to say who it is (not that it stops them from guessing) and if they detect actual evidence something is wrong
they will push and investigate and make them listen
tho please be more vocal for the sake of the kids on the off chance they do listen
Y, this is very true. DHS legally cannot tell who was the one that called. And you can even call without saying who you are at all.
Yup! Though, of course, that doesn't actually stop them from guessing who it was that called which probably won't help anything unfortunately. Those programs exist to help kids though, so. 
If they do this in public you have ground to stand on as "idk someone else did it?"
or even so much as in a front or backyard with neighbors that live around you or something
and you are not required to say anything either
I JUST WANTED TO ELABORATE A LITTLE MORE on how anon calls to the DHS for things work because anon exists to protect people
