[ztd][otakon] In probably one of the greatest experiences I've had today dressed as Carlos, an impromptu marriage proposal happened immediately next to me.

IT WAS REALLY PRECIOUS... It was the coordinator of the AMV contest so there was a special opening to the contest
and they were right next to me...
i hope you threw your arms around them and tearfully promised to always be there for them
I was sitting down but I clapped incredibly enthusiastically for them 
i guess that's an acceptable alternative
