I have not been able to access my game in over 48 hours.

I remain stuck in update limbo.

Go to load, get the "you need to update!" error message which only has the option to hit "upgrade" which takes you to the download screen.

Download screen just says "Open."

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?

Literally a dozen times.

I even sent in a support ticket. No response on it, btw.

So help me, if I get cheated out of event-only things again because of this nonsense...

Force close it, maybe, and then go to the place where you download updates from and see if that does anything?

I know Kindle users are the last to get the updates, but WTF, why take our games out of commission while preparing the update if it's not going to be ready?

The game icon even in the app store and load screen are still showing Spiderman Event, so there's just nothing new for us.

If they dare send me another generic "LOL you're just SOL" response to my ticket, I will have very cross words for their support team and will refuse to let them close the ticket until I have everything.

i had that happen to me this event and i'm trying to figure out how i fixed it

If you have an iPhone, click the update button. It'll bring you to the App Store with the avac app and it'll say open. Click the update button in the corner of the App Store and it should bring you

To a the list of apps needing to update. It should be able to update from there. That's how I fixed mine
