Sounds to me like it's time to make some hires for the Mental Health Services here; I just made an intake appointment for the 17th of next month.
That's what I get for not having done so basically the first day I was here, though.
Luckily it's nothing like... emergency. Anxiety symptoms presented again over a quiz a week back and I want to stay ahead of it + depression if I can.
