this week has felt so surreal

my anxiety is coming back, I feel

I've also just been busy I guess

but I've also been in supreme amounts of pain, one of them being my tongue that I guess I bit or Something half a week ago and it makes talking hard

and my back has been asinine

the muscles that connect to it or... something, I'm not sure but it was god awful yesterday and I couldn't focus during practice because of it

and a slow headache on top of it that lasted all day into the night

when you go to bed and start dozing off there's like a weird window of consciousness where you're kinda asleep but vaguely conscious right

we're both messes

I legitimately thought I was dying WNKROFKBF It's 10th grade toothpick delusions all over again

so messy

I just woke up and my back feels better it seems, at least as soon as I stood up it felt better

hopefully it'll stay that way

are you taking any ibuprofin for the back pain?
