morandia: They're delicious! In a highball glass, add ice, juice of half a lime, 2 ounces gin, and top off with club soda! If the lime's too sour, I sometimes add a tiny squirt of stevia syrup.
Traditionally, add the empty lime half to the glass too. If I'm out of limes, I'll even use bottled key lime juice and just a 1:1 ratio of gin to lime juice.
