Not sure what a gin Rickey is but I like gin, so that's my vote

Hot Apple cider with tuaca

morandia: They're delicious! In a highball glass, add ice, juice of half a lime, 2 ounces gin, and top off with club soda! If the lime's too sour, I sometimes add a tiny squirt of stevia syrup.

Traditionally, add the empty lime half to the glass too. If I'm out of limes, I'll even use bottled key lime juice and just a 1:1 ratio of gin to lime juice.

Gin?

Swamp_Daddy: What's that? I do love apple cider with cinnamon whiskey and I've seen that called an apple pie but I don't know if that's what you mean. I'm intrigued.

It's hot Apple cider, tuaca, a cinnamon stick and whipped cream. Tastes like a piece of hot Apple pie liquefied when done right.

My recipe is apple cider, cinnamon, mace... Any spice in apple pie, cook that together. Then add captain Morgan's rum, butter shots for buttery crust flavour and vanilla schnapps for the ala mode. Drink warm

Or ever clear. I prefer the rum.
