I heard an interview with a former employee that said it had been going on since 2005, that in the morning they where given a quota then there was an afternoon conference call to check their number and if
they had not met there quota by 6 pm they where required to work overtime till 8:00pm to cold call followed by another conference call asking why they did not meet the quota and how they planned to achieve it
their days according to this interview consisted of 3 to 4 conference calls about meeting their quota

I don't just want this guy to walk away without compensation, I want him and his entire board to go to jail for decades
