Was given a TENS machine by my physio. It is awesome for pain relief. Doesn't completely get rid of the shoulder pain but it's drastically reduced

I've come home from physio and am wearing it and the pain is soooooo much better than my last physio session

isle: physio said it doesnt for some people. Im so glad it does for me as i hate taking the pain meds
