that is a solid centimetre-thick layer of caramel and pecans on top of chocolate coconut yogurt on top of thick cookie crust

I needed like 5x more gelatin and possibly some other firming agents in the yogurt though WOW

basically it was pudding clinging valiantly to a more or less cakey shape

Even looking at this is making me ill rn
