Ours is on 10/31 regardless of which day it is

Anywhere I lived as a kid, we only ToTed on the 31st, so I googled this area and only found a lot of disagreement. It looks like it's generally the 31st here, with a few people saying they'd only have candy on

Saturday the 30th (back in 2010, the last time this applied).

But that looks like a personal choice, not anything that neighborhoods or cities organized.

So they probably got away with keeping all the candy for themselves lol.
