It makes it impossible for me to do my job when other departments don't do their jobs. It takes over 5 minutes f someone being on hold for the call to revert back to me. There is not a single reason that

when there are 3 people in your department and 1 in mine (me) that I should have to deal with these people's being pissed off bc they were left on hold for so long. NONE

I try my best to help each guest the best that I can, so when I have to put a guest on my hold so I can get them a supervisor, I'm usually pretty ticked. SO I AM LIVID WHEN I GET TOLD THE SUPERVISOR IS ON A

BREAK AND HAS LEFT A SINGLE FUCKING PERSON TO MAN THE DESK

and even more so when that one person transfers a guest to the sup's desk knowing that SHE IS NOT THERE

This guest was supposed to be moved 5 hours ago. This should have been handled way better
