You can also do over night oatmeal or steal cut oats which is nice to wake up to.

Roast beast and veggies always work nicely in a slow cooker, and if you mix a little flour and water, then mix that into the pot, it makes a nice 'gravy' with very little work.

Yes it smelled fantastic, and tasted great too, but a little sweet. I mixed in a tablespoon of honey and balsamic vinegar so that's probably why. Good to know for next time.
