it was a lovely fall drive this weekend. and mom's first outing with us - double pneumonia is no laughing matter with frail elderly.

I'm so sorry you and she have been going through such a rough time. I'm glad she's getting closer to being well. It sure is difficult and scary to get old. Definitely not for the faint of heart.
