this Chara has... a very complex relationship with their identity
bc on one hand, Chara is a horrible, awful thing. they'd love to be anyone else

but on the other, they don't deserve to escape what they are

and on the third mutant hand, chara hates being controlled so they hate identity being imposed on them

so uh a lot of the reason they murdered their flowey was because he kept calling them Frisk

so there could have been a bit of a 'what the fuck did you say to me you little bitch I'll have you know I have over 100 confirmed kills'

Did they do True Pacifist before this?

Frisk took over their body on the first run, doing a Neutral Pacifist and then loading a save and doing a True Pacifist.

Chara was there less and less so their memories of Waterfall are spotty and Hotland's a blur and everything after that is just gone

Then Frisk realised they were effectively killing them and reset and then Chara went on a genocide spree out of revenge.

And now the two are halfway through another True Pacifist.

Ahhh, okay, I got it mixed up. "Wait, Chara should know that Asriel's projecting Chara onto Fris-ohhhhhhhhh"

So yeah, Chara doesn't know that Asriel = Flowey.

Because by the time he did his monologue they were so stuffed with LV they didn't really care to listen much (not that they're that inclined to that normally lol)

Asriel would hope they don't. <.< Though his Chara figured it out.
