Like I'm the Anakin Skywalker of the Pacific Northwest. I hate rain, it's wet and cold and irritating and it makes my everything wet and cold and me irritated.

I do prefer when I'm not in it, though
Yeah I like it when I'm watching it, less so when I'm walking in it, and I really dislike driving in it
I don't mind rain. I hate snow, it's cold and annoying.
ScooterRules: I didn't really take snow into account, because it doesn't usually snow much here, but now it's been snowing quite a bit, yeah it is pretty cold and annoying.
Awwww, yeah, this is not the best place if you do not love precipitation. On the other hand, green!
