You know, I can sorta kinda tolerate (read:sit through) gospel in the mornings but. when it's staggeringly loud, I kind of just want to walk back out the front door of work..........

he tried to argue creationism and OH MAN. I had less than nice things to say about the concept that everything on earth is the deliberate machinations of a divine entity.
i told him that I find more comfort in the idea that heinous diseases were a product of random fuckups or from organisms trying to survive at others' expense
rather than some fucked up sandbox experiment by a sentient entity that's doing it just to experimentally torture it's domain to see what they'll do
