With not just a normal covering letter and CV but STUPID KEY SELECTION CRITERIA. That stuff is painful.

And annoyingly this is for the job I really want, just customer service at a student center in a uni :| I'll do anything to avoid going back to retail, but who knows, it might be my last resort.

It's not that I hate retail actually, I think just my last experience was not so fun, and I enjoy customer service/visitor experience more.

I didn't mind retail so much when I worked at a bookstore, but other than that it was awful

I worked in a big one back when most of the HP books were getting released

so that was kind of exciting
