two: as of this moment we are going to be going through the tag system and changing it, as was promised in the state of the city! specifically, we are going from character name-style tags to character name (canon)-style tags

annemod will be working on this until it's done and hopefully it will be done in the next couple of hours - i'll announce here once it's complete.
