It's nothing bad or anything, promise!

My mom, bless her, has this thing where she has to switch cable/internet providers every few years when the one we currently have offers a better deal to entice new customers and she doesn't like how existing customers like us don't get the same offer or whatever.

She's been on the phone with our current providers lately, so depending on how it goes, we may end up without service for a few days or something while we switch.
