Question about Plurk etiquette. I've been on here a little while, and I'm still unsure. Is it okay to use other people's lil emoji things? It kinda feels like stealing, but it seems common?
I ask because I have seen lil blog ones that I should I could use, but then I am afraid they created it and it is stealing. >.<

multimuse: only thing to keep in mind is upload no bigger than 48 x 48 px. i usually crop the gifs in PS and size them 48x48 px and also with animated ones you have to make sure it's no more than 100 frames
